Sponsorship Opportunities
The 2025 Conference for Food Protection Biennial Meeting in beautiful downtown Denver, Colorado is just a few months away. The Sponsorship Committee has been hard at work, since 2023, and we are pleased to share even more opportunities for our industry partners and supporters to support the vital work the Conference for Food Protection represents.
As a nonprofit organization, CFP relies on the generous support of our sponsors to sustain our annual operations and offset the costs of our biennial meetings. The CFP Sponsorship Committee is excited to offer a variety of new opportunities to support specific events and services at our upcoming 2025 Biennial Meeting.
Current general sponsorship opportunities include:
- Meeting Essentials: Wi-Fi, Conference App, Display Tables, Attendee Lanyards
- Refreshments: Morning and Afternoon Breaks

To pay by check, please select the "Invoice Me" option when processing your application. The invoice will provide you with instructions for mailing in a check.
Sponsorships must be paid for by February 21, 2025, to ensure sponsors and donors receive all benefits they are entitled to.
