Greetings from CFP Sponsorship Committee,
We are just a few months away from the start of CFP’s 2025 Biennial Meeting in Denver, Colorado. The Sponsorship Committee has been hard at work, since 2023, and we are pleased to share even more opportunities for our industry partners and supporters to support the vital work the Conference for Food Protection represents.
As a non-profit organization, CFP relies on financial support to sustain annual operating expenses and offset the costs of the Biennial Meetings. Our sponsors were very generous in 2023 (thank you all). Our goal for this biennium is to raise even more funds through the ongoing sustaining sponsorships and the new event/services donation program in 2025. This goal can only be achieved if current sponsors choose to continue to support CFP as they have in the past, take advantage of the event/services donation opportunities, and spread the word to companies and organizations that haven’t sponsored in the past to agree to do so in 2025 and beyond. We also hope this gives organizations with multiple operating divisions additional opportunities to support this essential organization.
If you work for a company or organization that could potentially be a sponsor, your role is crucial. We hope you will consider forwarding this information to the appropriate individual(s) for their consideration and follow-up. If you have suggestions for potential sponsors but would prefer that members of our Sponsorship Committee make the initial contact, please send the individuals' names and contact information for those companies and organizations to any sponsorship committee member. Your contribution to this process is highly valued.

To pay by check, please select the "Invoice Me" option when processing your application. The invoice will provide you with instructions for mailing in a check.
Sponsorships must be paid for by February 21, 2025, to ensure sponsors and donors receive all benefits they are entitled to.
